But you realize how much of an effect nostalgia can have on your judgment right?
stop it xD
no but seriously, her belt at 2:22
i liked that belt way more in her old performances, her voice keeps making these fast vibrations, which i usually don't like because it makes me nervous :/
not sure if you get what i mean xD
Like, i don't know... but am i the only one who thinks Demi could control her vocals better a few years ago than now?
I mean her performances at the Wembley Arena
I know her voice was way weaker back then but still
Meh. Her technique is a lot better now. I will say that she shat at Wembley. I will say when her voice isn't damaged, she has good control and consistency.
I think the only time she loses control now is when she's trying too much, but even then she pulls it off. That Z100 performance of MLILAS shows that. She did so many extra runs and everything but still pulled it off without losing control or going off key and out of tune.
She's never had much control over her lower register though.
I need a movie to watch and I have no ****ing idea what??
50/50, In time and kick ass are all really good. 50/50 if you want a sad yet fun, enjoyable movies, In time if you want the more adventure type of movie and kick ass if you want a really good comedy, action

Rob. You're comparing some of her best pre-rehab performances to some of her worst post-rehab ones. We all know her voice was ****ed up in all of those performances that day.
The F5 in HWGA at 2:40 is one of the best F5s she's ever done. She had support, resonance, and power behind it. It was clear too.
And fast vibrations? Are you referring to vibrato? Her developed vibrato is a good thing. It actually shows a singer's control over their vocals. She was lacking a vibrato on her belts before this album era. She barely had vibrato up to D5 before, now she can use it up to F#5. Vast improvement. And it's sounding less forced.
