I need to say this before the update:
The judges were meant to rate the SINGLE CHOICE, I mean if the song was single material or not, because if it was to rate based on the judge's taste it would be unfair to many.

With this being said I think this is definitely single material, at least in Taylor Swift world, it has much country elements on it and it has that catchy country point in, great job. I’d rather an uptempo from her, something like Mine or Mean or The Story Of Us, but I really think this is the most adequate.

I actually know the album and this is definitely single material!

It’s catchy, it’s simple, it’s lovely, it’s romantic, it has really everything. This is so that kind of song that you don’t even need to think to know that it would be huge, bet even no-pop lovers love it! It’s so what people love!

So we are going into a different field here. The Fame Monster is an album that has no imperfections, every song is so different and flawless, Alejandro is no exception. It is catchy and very dark, very The Fame Monster era, sure it is a great promo for the album, but the lyrics are a little messed up, I remember my father asking me “what the hell is she trying to say with this song?” and I couldn’t answer, you know? To be honest, eventhough, of course, this song was well succeeded, I think there were better choices in her album. I bet the song Monster, for example, would have slayed as bad as Bad Romance. Nevertheless you did great and by the way I completely love this song.

The song is completely flawless and if we match it to Miley’s era it completely fits, Miley was trying to be less controlled she didn’t want to be ‘tamed’, so this was an amazing song for that crossover from Disney to real music, you know? The lyrics are smart and the song is so catchy, so dark and so cool, sounds so fresh, I find it an amazing choice!

And here we go to the ballads that melt my heart. My mother completely loves this song, I remember everytime it aired on the radio she went crazy and put it like in the highest volume! Oh well, this song is completely beautiful and yes it was a wise single choice. The Best Damn Thing was a crossover album for Avril, she went from this wannabe punk girl to this (sorry) wannabe punk girl mixed with Pop with Girlfriend and stuff, she knew this song was very her and comparing this with Girlfriend and Hot it really is something into old Avril than new Avril in that time. I think it was a very wise choice!

This song, until Hold It Against Me came, was my favorite song of all time, and to be honest, listening to it right now, I don’t know which one I prefer. This is such a masterpiece, what I love about it is the fierceness in it, the beat is sick, the vocals are kinda clean until the pre-chorus and the chorus. This song is so Britney Spears, it’s so her, you know? It ain’t some generic **** that Dr.Luke does for Katy or Ke$ha, it is gold actually, it’s so catchy and so dancy, the breakdown is epic. This was definitely an amazing choice as a single and this could easily have smashed harder than Womanizer if it was the first single, I believe.

I completely adore this song, at first I was like “okay… kelly… this is a nice song but really?” and to be honest eventhough I find it completely flawless and has a kinda catchy chorus, I really don’t think this was a nice single choice, I feel like her album has some better songs, What Doesn’t Kill You would have smashed as a first single I believe, harder than what it did. I think Mr. Know It All got a nice way in the Billboard/radio charts because she was performing it everywhere, of course people would ask for it. Don’t get me wrong, I love the song.

So I sent this song in your place, so I’m basically judging myself. Anyway, eventhough it was a random choice it is pure gold, this song is flawless and actually very experimental, just like the entire Ray Of Light album. Madonna was very dark in this time so it’s hard, since she was experimenting new things, to judge anything as single material, but this one is a slow jam, easy listening, so I really think it’s a great choice as a single.

This song HAD to be a single, it’s so Rihanna and when I heard the album for the first time I was like “Why wasn’t this the first single?”. Well it’s kinda obvious why now, Only Girl was much safer, this song has very sexual lyrics and wouldn’t sell as great as Only Girl did. Nevertheless its catchiness and the “I like it Like it” had to become legendary. This is Rihanna at her best!

Really, just for the title this song should become a single for the controversy. Lily Allen is a very different artist from everything we have in the game now, she and Gwen are the most alternative inside the Pop act so it’s hard to rate, but yes this really had to be a single. It’s radio friendly (eventhough it would never play) and very easy listening! I can't give a 10 because I feel like the '****' word would always censure this, eventhough it catches attention.

This was so different from everything, but I’m so glad it was successful, eventhough it deserved much more, of course. The world is not fair. Anyway, I really think this is single material, but not safe you know what I mean? Something, maybe like Rihanna, she would have done a better job if she would release this one a little later. Hollaback Girl is a safer choice, nevertheless I think this really had to become a single! It’s epic!
