Don't take this the wrong way (I liked Hilary's last album and her dance pop sound is good), but she's so irrelevant in the music world right now it wouldn't make any sense/even be considered by her label. Remember when Ke$ha tried to collab with Kreayshawn?
If Hilary manages to make a big "comeback" within the industry with her next studio album (which she's been stated is being recorded, I assume), then she would have a chance, but as of now, it's too unlikely of a duo/her sound isn't known well enough.
We'll see though. Its a definite possibility
