I know they want to edit the 2days into 1 but why can't they just have the voiceover man say "It's Day 2 in Kansas" so they can change clothes
You know they edit the **** out of these shows. The reactions are not necessarily "real" and might not have happened at certain auditions etc. They fool the viewers all the time. There were many times on American Idol that you could notice this because the outfits of the judges could change during their critique, or the color of the straw would switch when Simon's bursting out laughing while drinking. Lots of mistakes, so I suppose they try to be smart nowadays.
