If they had to fake it he wouldn't be talking about how such a great song-writer she is and she wouldn't give him a warm hug . I mean we know Taylor , she wouldn't write TSOU , not forgive him and then go fake a hug with him .
And the way she keeps on repeating '' You should've known '' in the song makes me think that he thought it's all good now and there won't be a song about him . maybe that's why he fixed things , so she wouldn't write a song about him .
And it became obvious with the RS interview that he didn't see the song coming and was surprised by it .

And you say that Innocent is about Mayer , so it should prove that she did forgive him .
