I don't think they recorded it. Kelly usually records in Nashville, unless they recorded their parts separately in different studios? I think someone said those tweets from Demi were about something else?
Kelly mentioned they had a song in mind way back in December, but didn't say they already recorded it.

Kelly did mention she was trying to line up schedules for the pop duet she's doing. IF it is Demi, I don't think they've recorded it yet then.
