Well, Madonna has carefully disguised it with 'a message' so that it appears not to be. I am not offended, but I can see why people could easily be. I mean, obviously shock creates careers (gaga, her) so what she's doing/did is a smart business move

I'm not sure what's shocking/controversial about this, esp in context of the video. Hitler wasn't the only dictator displayed in the video.
So your perspective is that people should look at the whole show before jumping to conclusions about what is and isn't shocking/offensive, and that if it has a point, the artist shouldn't tone down their show to appease people who are offended?
