And I am actually really confused  I am 128 lbs and 172 cm .. My ideal weight is around the 130-140 but I don't want to gain that in fat. i want to lose it and be like around 120-125 but I also want to gain muscles which I have been training for. How can I evem keep track of this? I am not even sure
