I can't help but notice how all these music artists are trying to push the idea that we should pay to stream their music with this new venture, i mean what the hell what is wrong with spotify? Why are they trying to compete with a free platform like spotify? Do you think they are getting greedy in trying to get people to pay just to stream their music. I feel like they make millions and millions yet can't stand the thought of people streaming for free. IMO the industry needs to sit and stop being so greedy before everyone stops buying altogether and only downloads illegally.
Yes and its honestly annoying, Jay Z just needs to SIT and let things be imo. Everyone loves spotify and it should stay that way. No one is here for Tidal and that ugly blue color
It's only greedy IF they remove their music from Spotify/Youtube/Pandora and make it exclusive to Tidal. I, and HUNDREDS of millions of other people on this planet will laugh at these artists and stop supporting them.
When those artists stop making any sort of check from online streaming, they'll put their music back up on those channels.

& I have a feeling the only reason why people love this free spotify is because then they aren't technically pirating music and they don't have to worry about downloading stuff.
Let's be honest.. the ones complaining are probably the ones who wouldn't even buy said artists album on itunes.
