This decade is about to end and it
sucks for any kind of music, whichever way you look at it.

2009 doesn't sound promising either. I'm not even going to compare it to the Great 90's.
Anyway, I'll start with some that came to my mind immediately.
- 50 Cent - In Da Club. (
)
- Alicia Keys - Fallin' & No One.
- Bon Jovi - It's My Life.
- Beysus (
) - Crazy In Love & Irreplaceable.
- Britney Spears - Toxic & Oops!... I Did It Again.
- Christina Aguilera - Dirrty & Beautiful.
- Coldplay - Clocks & Viva La Vida.
- Destiny's Child - Bootylicious.
- Dido - White Flag & Thank You (I know it is from 1999 but it had mainstream success until 2001)
- Green Day - Boulevard of Broken Dreams.
- Incubus - Drive (same explanation as above)
- Justin Timberlake - Cry Me a River, Rock Your Body & some of the stuff from FutureSex/LoveSounds.
- Kanye West - Gold Digger.
- Kelis - Milkshake.
- Kelly Clarkson - Since U Been Gone.
- Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love.
- Linkin Park - In the End & Numb.
- Madonna - Music, Hung Up & 4 Minutes (
)
- Mariah Carey - We Belong Together.
- Maroon 5 - This Love & She Will Be Loved.
- Nelly Furtado - I'm Like a Bird, Turn off the Lights & Say It Right.
- OneRepublic - Apologize.
- Pink - Get the Party Started.
- Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dani California.
- Shakira - Hips Don't Lie.
- Usher - Yeah (
)
- The remake of "Lady Marmalade".
P.S.
Please, only name those songs that, in reality, will most likely be remembered as part of this disastrous and tragic decade. Oh, and don't post embed YouTube videos because, honestly, no one really watches them. >__<
