So i was watching the news and this chick was featured during a segment. I looked up her videos and damn, it's weird how soothing and relaxing they are. Just listen to her voice. It's feels like im getting a back or a head massage. Damn
I use a handful of different meditative and relaxation techniques when my anxiety is peaking and dear lord this is not relaxing at all to me. I found it to be very distracting and grating after a while.
It's exactly why I'm just posting this now. I started watching this as soon as it was posted, and I watched the whole thing, and it LITERALLY put me to sleep!
