Beyoncé will "always" have her urban following so she's here to stay. That said, I think 2014 could be one of her most successful years if she plays her cards right - judging by the way her tour is doing.
Rihanna will obviously have no problems adapting. She'll still be topping the charts 5 years from now - unless she has herself a Glitter-situation
Shakira will be fine too. She has a very varied following and is very versatile herself.
Music seems to be shifting towards the Lana Del Rey/Adele-"type" of music, so they'll be fine; but once this trend is over, I wonder how they're gonna do. P!nk is doing her thing. As long as Taylor Swift keeps a nice balance between country and pop, she'll be doing fine as well; but she said she's going for a different sound on her next album, so it'll be interesting.
The rest; not so much. Madonna will continue touring and smashing with her catalog. Katy has a very "current" sound. Although I don't think she'd have a problem adapting to other sounds, I don't think a long career in music is what she's looking for. At least she's constantly hinting at that.
