Get it here when the time comes, but also be sure to pick up a physical copy from one of the retailers listed at the bottom of this email - 10 lucky CDs in the U.S. and 10 in Canada will contain golden tickets that give you VIP tickets and a meet-and-greet with Gaga at a 2014 show near you!

So not only is she for sure touring North America next year, but we now have confirmation that they're bundling golden tickets with 20 copies of ARTPOP

It doesn't matter where you buy it from. They worded that sentence pretty badly. At the bottom it just says to buy it on iTunes, Walmart, official store, etc. I think the ones with golden tickets could be found anywhere.
