If it's not below 20, but it has spent 20 weeks on the chart, it continues to chart until it falls below 20. Which is what Disturbia did. And the official Mediabase PDF reports are the only thing that tells you the amount of weeks a song has spent on the chart.

Womanizer has spent 14 weeks, LYL 12 weeks, Just Dance 10 weeks, etc. And yes, it's top 40, CarCal. I looked it up! If you look at the document, Let it Rock is able to go next week, along with So What, Crush, and T-Shirt. Addicted and Better In Time are over 20 weeks, which means they'll go recurrent once they fall below 20.
