ARTPOP IS better than born this way the problem is with the videos and performances and interviews and looks ( wow almost everything )
I think this is true. I adore I&V and still like the Applause video, but a fashion photographer's aesthetic works better for a video like this, rather than the kind Gaga makes.

I don't dislike Applause, but it bothers me that Gaga/I&V didn't push it that much further and create something great.
Simply have the concept be that Gaga is performing for us (the audience) trying to get applause. She is on that stage as Pierrot, then she's banging away at a piano, now she's dancing by herself, then she's joined by her dancers, ending with the climax of strobes/confetti/wings/everything as the song explodes. Intersperse that with shots of her as Pierrot, in the black cap/catsuit and with the big white dress/cape thing. Lose the egg/swan bit, lose the cage bit, combine the 'clapclap disappear' bit and the magicians hat bit to bring in some magic. End the video with the song finishing, her just standing by herself on stage with her arms open wide to the audience, breathing heavily, and an 'applause' sign flashing on screen. Et voila. A cohesive video with a concept that's true to her vision but makes sense/is entertaining.

Lmao the delusiuon. Sometimes I think this fanbase should experiment a true level of floppage so some people could really get to know what flopping is. If you're so embarrassed you can leave.

Personally I respected JL's honesty even if it was very negative. I agree with several points he made.
People that write songs like Princess Die and Dope have serious issues I'm not kidding when saying she needs rehab especially now that she is cutting. You can say she is happier with Taylor when that's not the case, it seems she will always see herself as the victim until she seeks help and no lover can save her from it

But you have discussing and pointing out flaws and just plain negativity and whining... It was the way he kept repeating everything without really discussing it or delving deeper into the issue... If you are so disappointed and keep whining it's better to take a short break... If i'm done with Gaga or people in here I just leave for a while until my mood is better, I won't let it **** up my day
