Don't know really. Just been seeing it floating around Twitter today. Apparently it's a new quote but it sounds like something she must have said during the BTW era.
No matter how many times I listen to Alejandro I never get bored of it. Listening to tfm for the first time in like 8 months.

I know its from an interview she did during the BTW era. Maybe it was one of those vogue columns she did. I cant remember but I do remember reading her saying this a long time ago.
Some consider them as fillers, but they are such cute gems.
