Because those Muslims were already accustomed to our and European culture. Croatia, as a 90% Catholic country, has a great relationship with Muslim community even today. Bosnianks integrated really well in all of Europe.
But those who are coming are bringing the problems and culture that created the mess with them, and they do not seem wanting to abolish it anytime soon.

There is a large difference between Muslims from Bosnia and Muslims from the Middle East + I was only a child when the war was going on but I'm sure none of our refugees behaved like these 'Syrians' ...demanding..throwing stuff at the police...I mean..correct me if I'm wrong

There's decent people in any country
the problem is..a lot of people who really need help are probably still stuck in Syria
and the ones who managed to reach Europe are probably the richest ones since they could afford the 'trip' + there are a lot of those who are not Syrians at all
