Actually it's not an artbook it's the 20th Anniversary Memorial Fan Book. This book will have information on the Sailor Moon Exhibition held in Roppongi Hills, a large feature on the 20th anniversary merchandise, the musicals, and interviews with people involved with Sailor Moon.

There's still no news about the artbook that was supposed to came out in 2012.
