I have this Eeveelution team in Black 2; Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon, Espeon, Leafeon and Glaceon.

I had the best experiences with Flareon (even though it lacked a good physical STAB) and Leafeon. They're well-rounded and have a nice movepool (Flareon with Superpower )
Glaceon wasn't necassery in my team, because Vaporeon learns Ice moves too + its movepool is pretty sh*t

Competitevily are Vaporeon, Espeon and Umbreon definitely the best
