yeah I think being a backup dancer for Janet has teached her some things
but I kinda agree, the "I'm Glad" video ***** on everybody else besides Ciara on "Work" and Janet on almost every music video (especially Rhythm Nation and If)
Well, Aaliyah's dead before Jesus, no one is checking for her anymore. And Ciara doesn't sing, she TALKS while dancing.

Some ppl fail to remember that Jennifer started her career as a dancer. She was a fly girl and danced back-up for Janet & New Kids On The Block. She actually had the chance to tour with Janet but that's when she got her first acting job.
And IDK why ppl keep mentioning Beyonce.
I think Beyonce is one of the best overall female performers of the past 10 years but if were talking strictly dancing she got nothing on most of the girls mentioned in this thread.
Most of Beyonce's choreography consists of booty shaking, ***** poppin' and hand waving which is hardly real choreography.
