A few urban songs have even gone top 10 recently without (or before getting) pop support. I'm not sure if this song will though, so hopefully pop radio plays it.

Apple Music would help if anything. Meek Mill generally does better on streaming than on sales, so if the sales market declines and the streaming market increases that's good for him (infact, Chris and Nicki both do better on streaming than on sales too).
