Now how? How do you know she'd say that?
I'm sick of this 'Miley is trying to be black', I'm black myself and we didn't create anything by ourselves, everything came from something. White people can do urban/rock, just like black people can do rock. Someone's skin color shouldn't mean they have to stick to a genre. So what if Miley wants to get a little hip hop/ratchet/trill/whatever? She can do that if it makes her happy and she's enjoying the music. Just because she isn't black doesn't mean she can't do it.
Funny how most people here would preach about equality and etc, yet Miley Cyrus just decides to go urban and it's making headlines. She's a musician, musicians go through times where they wanna expand creatively. Leave the girl alone.
