When asked if she was performing at the VMAs this year (on Instagram), she said that she was "sitting this one out". So she's definitely not performing, but she still may attend.

After the VMAs there are no major award shows until like February.

The tour resumes in Asia on Sept. 13th, so if she plans on doing any promo, she needs to go ahead and get going!

Omg I can't believe rihanna is flopping this hard on ATRL am a big fan of hers and I just joined.
