Maybe I wasn't as dedicated to see her slay past 2007/2008.
I guess the only way she will possibly get the award is if she has a huge whirlwind of success (like crossover huge) before the committee cannot deny Carrie anymore.

I mean, it works in her favour because she usually ends up winning the Grammys/AMAs.. but another CMA would be nice too.
It's all about who you align yourself with. Carrie has no connection to the Blackstock/BMR voting people and she is not aligned with Live Nation which is what Blake/Miranda are associated with.
Carrie doesn't play the Nashville behind the curtain games that a lot of the artist do which is why she is not awarded. It's been pretty much known for years, that is why she is not winning.
I would rather her refuse to play their games and keep her integrity instead of going after country awards and instead being honored where it really counts and that is the Grammy's
And sadly Luke has a hard enough time playing the opposite game to land any Grammy Nominations.
Its really the pits.
Respect from the Nashville Community or respect from the LA Music Industry
the Music Industry
I'm still glad she has the hosting role year after year tbh

I made some avatars of the SITW music video, feel free to use I also have the CMAs in HD so if you want something capped from there, let me know. Oh and if you have a specific part of the music video you want as a gif, just tell me.
So with Little Toy Guns and Something in The Water out of the speculation on the OP....
Is there a chance we get a 19-track deluxe edition for her next studio album? Or do you guys think she will continue tinkering and some of these songs will not see the light of day?
Personally I feel like she will have the baby some time early next year, maybe release Little Toy Guns in late January (maybe around the grammys), and then come out with lead single in August/September 2015, Single 2 Early November, and then album around November (in a hopefully slow week to have no chance of losing that #1)
Forget press releases, Twitter or one of those cut-the-cake-and-see-if-it's-blueberry-or-strawberry-inside reveal parties. Carrie Underwood chose to announce the sex of her baby, due this spring, with a pretty funny bit on the CMAs. After whispering the gender to a beaming Brad Paisley, her co-host quipped, "I know something you don't know... Suck it, TMZ!" But Paisley then "accidentally" referred to Baby Fisher as "him." ("Hashtag, Brad blew it.") Underwood also made the TV debut of her new single, "Something in the Water," taking fans to church with a little "Amazing Grace" thrown into the tune and proving with her flawless delivery that she's the female vocalist of her generation... of any genre.
Carrie was PHENOMENAL! I don't stan but she can make you want to with a voice like that! And for a Pregnant woman? Oh my goodness, she's an angel!
You should stan

It'd be awesome to have 19 new songs with her next album, but I think some of the songs won't be put on the album unfortunately.
