You're replying a comment that mocks Gypsy's lyrics by stanning for a song that was clearly written while Gaga was completely off her t!ts. Gypsy makes sense, Venus doesn't.

Gypsy is what ARTPOP needs right now, not a fan-loved song that the GP would laugh at the second it hit the airwaves. It flopped when it released compared to DWUW, and it would flop again with Gaga's terrible performances of Venus.

Every Venus performance was a total flop.

All of Gaga's live versions of Gypsy have slayed - Muppets, Howard Stern, Japanese TV show, Berlin promo, artRave and SNL. The song is incredible acoustic and as a studio version banger. Venus will be great on tour, but right now Interscope and Gaga are making the right decision for the sake of ARTPOP and it's 7K sales this week.

Exactly. They're great songs, and on tour they'll be killer songs to dance to, but right now Gaga needs some commercial ammunition and Gypsy is her best shot by a mile. This was without a doubt a Gaga + Interscope decision, here's hoping that due to the fact there will be no DWUW MV this song gets a 2 million dollar treatment that will destroy us all and sweep the VMAs.

PropaGaga reached out to a member of the Haus of Gaga, who confirmed that the song being uploaded is not a confirmation of it's status as a third single, and that they weren't sure why the track had been uploaded. "We haven't chosen the song yet," they continued. So what does this all mean? Well, it means that "Gypsy" isn't necessarily not the third single, but it also means that they have another song or two competing for this spot, and we should wait for an official announcement from Lady Gaga or the Haus of Gaga.
