I imagine it will take Interscope a month or so to get everything in place after the album is completed. (first single, video shooting schedule, promo appearances, etc.)

Yep, hell they could be preparing all of that right now, we really don't know. Also Gaga writes a lot of music so she could just have been recording along side of a producer to see what else she could come up with as far as music/production.
