So is Muse's Madness and earlier this year I believe Burn It Down and Little Talks did as well. It's not due to resurgence of popularity, if the song has more than 20 weeks and is still bulleted below #50 on the Hot 100 it's allowed to stay on. Obviously Sail is a special case since it was just recently released to pop radio.

Impressive, but I hope they don't pass Queen Ellie's 57 weeks with "LIGHTS"

Diamonds need to fall harder on radio & P!nk will get a top 10 next week..
And Alicia has a chance to pass phillip2,
Their sales, airplay + streaming are so close..
I hope no other song block P!nk & alicia from top 10 next week...

No sis, it's going to pass or tie Ellie's 57 weeks.. Lol
But too bad, the masterpiece "We Are Young" only stay for 42 weeks on the chart, while "Some Nights" about to pass 1 year on the chart...

Well you were just setting yourself up for disappointment if you thought "Diamonds" was leaving.
And yes, songs 20+ weeks that begin gaining in points are allowed to rechart. I still dream Anna Nalick's "Breathe (2 AM)" would randomly come back and smash at No. 1.

Early Predictions for Top Ten:
1. TS (=)
2. LOOH (=) or HH (+1)
3. LOOH (-1) or HH (=)
*4. S&S (+1)
5. IKYWT (-1)
6. DYWC (=)
*7. BAAB (=)
8. FP (+2)
9. S&T (+4)
10. Try (+1)
* for these, i combined predicted sales of S&S's original and remix, and BAAB's original & acoustic, respectively. if BB decides not to count them as one (I don't see why they won't), then, obviously, these predictions could change.

So I guess IKYWT won't be getting the #1 spot?

Nope. It is shaping up to be the You Belong With Me of this era.

as it stands right now, no.
the song not being available for streaming has significantly decreased that chance of it happening. unless she performs this at the Grammys and it skyrockets in sales soon after, then maybe (emphasis on skyrocket), but Thrift Shop is setting up to be a juggernaut in all important areas (airplay, sales, streaming).

Pink still has a good chance but Alicia fell on iTunes. I think the only chance for GOF is after Superbowl but I doubt that National Anthem performance will boost her single.

Actually Girl On Fire is still selling better than Try as it did for weeks. The Inferno Version is at #101 on iTunes so that puts the song 2 or 3 positions higher than Try on iTunes when you combine them.

Technically Girl on Fire is selling more than Try, but Try is ahead with radio airplay.
Streaming messed up everything
