Welp Bey, let it go imo, it's been over a year.
It was a very early leak though, it was like 3 weeks before the release date and a leak that early can really hurt sales.
If you can catch the person that did it, why would you NOT sue?
Since when is it okay to let someone interfere with your business? We've got people with "money" suing accountants. Should they just let it go cause they're wealthy?
If the guy did not leak the sales three weeks before, I think she would have more sales. It would be smart to keep everyone anticipating until maybe a day or two before the release. The anticipation would have been stronger, which means more people would know about it, meaning more sales. Plus, some may have gottem bored with the music by the time the album was released and didnt bother buy it.
