Exactly, artists don't make any money from albums/singles usually. She probably made 1Million from all the albums and singles that year. I doubt every tour date earned 250K, 7 Million does seem reasonable. Kelly has never been one of the big earners, because her touring isn't that great. Tours and merchandise are where artists make their money. The label takes most of the profit from the actual music.

I think she needs to stop going on so many little tours and just save herself for a big WW tour. She needs to build up a demand to see her.

OK, forgot about it, stupid me. Thanks for clocking me, I deserved it. However, I still think she definitely earned more than $7M if Carrie earned $30M+. Or does Carrie has such a good deal with her label?
