Did our late 2014 prophecy finally come true? It really is her best album ever?
In terms of cohesiveness "song wise", yes...but it doesn't excite me the way Rated R and Unapologetic did. Those albums made me feel a certain way.
ANTi kinda just meanders along...it's consistent, but it lacks that "Rihanna" attitude. The last 2 songs on the deluxe edition "Pose" and "Sex with Me" sound the most like Rih, but they don't belong on this album.
...and why was "Good Night Gotham" not extended? It could of been so epic....it should of been an 8+ minute track like Led Zeppelin's "Kashmir"!
I think this could be her strongest and most cohesive album yet, aside from the lack of hit-single sounds of many of the songs. So good and I can't stop playing it omg.
