I don't know if it's connected to the chips at all, I ate lots of stuff. But it's strange. I am buying another pack today because they tasted great. I usually buy salt & vinegar but it leaves me thirsty and it's a bit intense. Salt & vinegar is great for a few chips, but it gets old over an entire bag. Something more mild is better if you plan to eat an entire bag, and this is more mild.
But my point, yes, you guessed correctly. It is vegan.

I kind of get the feeling that you're implying that the chips hurt your tongue because they're vegan.
If that's the case, well...I have no comment.
Perhaps it
was the chips that did it, but it's
not because their vegan.
It's not as if a bit of added dairy to the ingredients would have saved your tongue from pain.
I am sorry your tongue is hurting though. Incidentally, so has my mother's tongue, yet she eats meat. What could that mean?
(Seriously though, I am sorry. Perhaps try avoiding whatever you ate that day, or rinse your try drinking lots of water?)
