The only reason she's acknowledging gay men specifically here is because it was relevant to the question asked and because misogyny in gay culture is often overlooked because of actual cultural [and irrelevant] generalizations like "gay men are flamboyant" or "diva worship."
She's just acknowledging that she experiences misogyny from the gay community the same way she does from straight men and that the former should be addressed just as seriously as the latter. She's bringing up a valid issue.
If anything, go after her defense of the f-word which is questionable, but I still don't see anything wrong with the specific statement you're addressing??
