But Chris has done more than use "gay" as an insult. He went on a huge rant about Raz-B of B2K, made fun of him getting molested and called him all kinds of "dick in the booty ******." I'm not really on that train "Let's hang Chris because he used "gay" in a derogatory way" because it is said not to be hateful to gays. However, he is an easy target given that he has went on a homophobic rant before - and that Raz-B rant was homophobic.
I FORGOT about that
Chris probably was in Tracy Morgans audience ki'ing away
He didn't use it in a derogatory way, he used it as slang like many other young men do including both of us (who happen to actually be gay).
Um, no. He was using it in a derogatory way since it was out of anger. I use it amongst my fellow gay community just as blacks use n*gga with each other. If blacks can get upset about other people using the n word in a derogatory way then so can gays when heteros use it in the wrong situations.
Boring Boring Boring. I'm not here for any Chris Brown news involving the word "gay" and/or "slur". It's all more of the same boringness, and I'm just not here for it.
Honestly, it's not that big of a deal. I have heard worse on the courts when accompanying my ex for a pick-up game. Banter and insults in basketball are common occurrences, made to either intimidate or spark a rise out of the other. People are reading too much into this to be honest. It's all about the context in which you use the word in my opinion, but to each it's own.
I hope girls know that about three basketball players were just fined (Kobe was suspended for one game, I believe) for calling the refs "******" in a heated rage, so because it's common in the game of basketball, it's not necessarily accepted - streetball or otherwise. But I still think people are making this out to be more than what it is.
People always do the most when it comes to Chris ugh.
THIS!!
I use the phrases "that's gay", "you're such a ***" do I mean it? NO
That's what Chris did too, while he was playing a game on his free time.
People are just too much of a mess these days, they obsess over the smallest issues.
When Chris was in good standing with his community service and with the judge...was that publicated?
Nope!
!!!! O-****ing-kay?!
When the judge said he carried out his sentencing better than anyone she has ever seen, where were the headlines?
When he participated in charity events and helped raise millions of dollars for disabled children, where were the headlines?
When he reached out to a little boy with Leukemia on his own after Make A Wish denied the boy his wish, where were the headlines?
At irrelevant words said during a basketball game making CNN and that other stuff nowhere to be found. Media? Gorl bye. We see where your priorities are and you may be fooling the naive masses but you are not fooling me.

And isn't the purpose of an argument that heated to hurt the other person as much as possible. They both attacked each others worst memories, sounds like something we do to celebrities on ATRL daily.
