Releasing a Hip-Hop song does not guarantee a hit at all. She'd become a Pop artist if she wanted #1's cause rappers usually don't get those.
And not "first Top 20" when she has only released two songs this era.
(Unless you include Bang Bang which is also a Top 20 hit
