ORA seemed so stale and sterile to me, and each song seemed to try to fit the mold of another song that we had her maybe one too many times before. moreover, she never sounded like she was having any fun, nor in HWD - when it was most needed.
That said, this new single feels incredible natural, she sounds completely on her place, and everything on it plays to her strenghts.

I think she tried every corner of the pop business in that 3 years period she recorded Ora, she even s crapped an whole album before that aswell. I think in the end it rather became about having a nice enough singles collection ready, rather than a solid debut. I can't say that I ahte Ora and I still enjoy it for what it is, but I am sort of glad she released it, since she rather could build her career than shoot too fast to the top!
