How would you explain to me IKAG selling only 5M WW in 2008 (IFPI List) ? And how would you explain to me Hot N Cold not being on the list ? so you want to tell me that these songs sold 5M each after their chart run

Ok, lemme get back, those Rihanna's forgetable past hits are actually included on prestigious all-time song lists. Those albums actually received critical acclaim and generally good reviews by music critics. Those 30 million people that own her albums surely know.
Everything about Rihanna is quick and forgettable and we can see that by her special merit awards won at the tender age of 26, those grammy wins, those multiple headlines and those, again, included on special, prestigious lists songs. Her singles are not just as radio friendly cause she actually bothers to take some risks sometimes.

Katy Perry isn't a WW succesfull artist... You can count her top 5 hits on 1 hand!
Like in Europe, Rihanna is much bigger. Katy has some songs like Dark Horse, Roar, and a few more that are big hits.
Rihanna's hits are countless. Remember: Diamonds, Stay, We Found Love, Where Have You Been, Only Girl, What's My Name, S&M, Man Down (huge hit here!!!), Rude Boy, Russian Roulette, Umbrella, Don't Stop the Music, Disturbia, Pon The Replay, SOS...
So I think that it is really clear right now...
