Hell no. She's decent looking with the right make-up & hairstyle(covering that forehead). She simply doesn't have a stunning facial bone structure like Beyonce or Halle Berry. Who can slay without make-up.

Ciara has the height.. The cheekbones and the body though.
No shade I automatically thought we were talking about major pop girls. So I didn't even consider her.
