I liked it well enough.

Definitely an improvement from the second one for me - that was such a chore to get through. It isn't as good as the first, though.

The interaction between the kid and RDJ was obviously the best part. The more Tony Snark, the better. My whole theater died at the whole "Because we're connected!" bit.

The level of success this is enjoying did seem kind of inevitable in The Avengers' wake. I'm more interested to see how Thor 2 fares, though.
