Taylor Swift's "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" drops from #9 to #11 in its 16th week, ending a 13-week run in the top 10. The song is #1 on Hot Country Songs for the eighth week. It's the first song to spend eight weeks at #1 on that chart since "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" by Alan Jackson & Jimmy Buffett in the summer of 2003.
Swift's new song, "I Knew You Were Trouble.," leaps from #77 to #47 in its sixth week. The song has already reached #3. Swift co-wrote both songs with red-hot producers Max Martin and Shellback.
Nicki Minaj could have three songs in the top 20 as early as next week. Justin Bieber's irresistable "Beauty And A Beat," on which she is featured, leaps from #20 to #13 in its seventh week. Alicia Keys' "Girl On Fire," on which she is also featured, jumps from #29 to #21 in its 12th week. Minaj's own hit, "Va Va Voom," jumps from #26 to #22 in its sixth week.
