I know that I have been to NYC many times. The only relevant/remarkable/nice borough is Manhattan let's face it, and that just can't grow.
London has been relevant for 2,000 years and always will be. And it is hard to say which is larger because US cities are measured in a different way to UK cities so no one really knows...
Oh and by growth I am not talking about size I am talking about growth in all aspects (economic, infrastructure, population etc).
You are NOT about to tell me that NYC hasn't gone through economic, infrastructural and population growth. Sis....
The city closest to me is San Francisco, and I definitely love London more than I do San Francisco. I'd love to visit New York one day too and of course all the other famous cities around the world. Ummm I like London more than LA but I haven't really been to LA in ages.
I've been to London, NYC and Paris. Out of those NYC was the most fun, you could do so much, it was cheap and ugh the life. Paris was the most beautiful, I really want to go back, I really could live there if it wasn't so expensive and if my French was a lot better. London was cute but the weather was a mess so I don't use.

Thank you, London is just in Paris' and NYC's shadow for the last hundred years.

You said it. NYC is a cheap city. You gotta have some money in your pocket to FULLY enjoy LDN but there are other cheaper/free-to-use landmarks around for the New Yorkers.
