Demi's management only cares about that $$$, not about chart positions (unless that means more $$$). Hence why the video premiered on some other website.
And I think it's also clear that even though her promo is still a mess, it's a hell lot better than it used to be. She never used to have music videos like she has now. She never managed to perform in the main show of the VMA, or be a musical guest on SNL. These are all things we never expected to happen 2 years ago.

Not that i bring a negative vibe into this thread but the iTunes position is tragic compared to a nice mv she gets. It should be shooting up to top 20 right now. Well, if this could'nt give her a boost, i don't know what could.
Anyway, Selena is pulling a disappointing numbers after all, i'm kind of worried for Demi. Hopes she can reach at least 80k next week.
