I'm no Kardashians stan but I'm pretty sure that's bad contouring/makeup. Wouldn't there have been pictures of her bandaged up if she got a nose job? Also, I doubt there is a span of time long enough without pictures of her (where she could have gotten one and healed). We've seen what kind of crazy stuff makeup can do, and we've seen celebrities have bad makeup that makes them look like they've had work done (Uma Thurman, for example).
