I think bullets are just down in general right now. It happens.

ALOT more effect than AT40 since 20+ stations are playing the same playlists for hours and hours and hours and on several days and that really effects the songs that would usually be playing those hours but arnt(songs like PDLM, Second Chance, Waking Up In Vegas, IUSA, etc.) and its effects the songs that werent playing in those hours and now have a bunch of extra spins (which is why Sober, My Life Would Suck Without You, and so on have surprisingly slowed down drastically and are regaining their bullets)
The bullets being so decreased for alot of songs is not normal.... The CC things is effecting basically most of the songs, either positively or negatively...
