Anyway, I don't understand what this part means? It says that a "sale" is recognised upon shipment instead of being sold to an actual customer? So are they calling shipments sales here? Just click on the url link if the picture isn't showing.
these are clearly shipments, the inflated numbers of BTW and TTT (coming off two big eras) show that
These are not inflated. Interscope and Gaga's management told last year that she sold 8 million copies. And now it says 6,8M. Then this must be original sales.
Can yall stop bickering, because of it had LOUD at 6+ million and BTW and 5-6 million, the Navy would have not even second guessed the reliability of the numbers. But now the roles are reversed.
Can we just congradulate and move on.

Congradulations to Rihanna Lady Gaga, and the rest of the people who sold well.
I can't believe BTW with 5 underperforming singles (thats not sarcasm, thats a fact, ecah individual single was expected to perform better then it did, even BTW had such poor longevity for a gaga single) sold 7 million copies while Loud with 3 and a half ultra-massive singles is at 6 million despite the 6 month gap.
I'm not trying to undermine Rihanna because 6 million is an incredible achievement in this day and age, it just highlights the power of L.gaga.
Lady Gaga was coming off a massive era and Rihanna had an underperforming era before Loud.
