Out of those girls and I'm being the most open minded I can be here, I'd say Gaga. She doesn't have the best voice in the world, but her control and training really shines when she manipulates her voice to fit different genres of music. Seriously what can she not sing? I've heard her sing screamo metal, country, jazz, rap, rock, ballad, pop, and opera.

Britney is fantastic at the whisper-coo style of singing, no shade. It's brilliant with the right song. I don't really think it's remarkable in any other genre though, tbh.

Beyonce's got a great belt, but I feel like her voice is too bombastic to use with more subtle songs.

Rihanna's the wildcard. She can do the islandly tropical thing well, but also can do justice those dancey We Found Love-esque songs. The problem is that her voice in both categories is really nothing special imo, it's more about the swagger she brings to the songs.

Gaga's specialty is theatricality and her schizophrenic belting during her more insane songs are entertaining. She impressed me with acoustic renditions of her songs + the Tony Bennet duet.

Singing "te amo" over and over doesn't make it a spanish song. Have you ever heard Latino music? It doesn't fit the genre at all

Also, being sung at the CMAs as a special performance with Sugarland doesn't make CKB a country song. If that's Rihanna's interpretation of country music, then it proves she can't properly cover different genres.

I feel this way a lot of the time since she strips down nearly all of her material the same way to give an acoustic performance of her songs. It's basically just jazz or soft-rock over and over again and that's not really versatility add in the fact that a lot of the time her acoustic versions of her songs are in the same key and she sings the same notes over and over again I'm not seeing a lot of range in her palate. I say Gaga and Beyonce, with a slight edge to Gaga, who's done fast dance pop songs, slow piano ballads, jazz, glam rock ballads, r&b (see Second Time Around), country, and even some rap-ish songs (Paper Gangsta, Chillin). Beyonce's amazing vocal ability allows her to suit anything from the slowest ballad to the fastest verses (like in Countdown). I think Gaga's voice has done slightly more genres.

Her You And I monster ball performances where she employs a hard-rock technique = versatility.
Her doing a duet with a country singer and fitting in perfectly = versatility.
Her Speechless performances where she does soft-rock = versatility.
Her having a voice that sounds like a professional jazz singer = versatility.
Her being able to do urban/r&b in songs like Chillin' and Second Time Around = versatility.
Her being able to dance songs inspired by metal, rock, industrial, opera and house music = versatility.

Then you obviously don't know Beyoncé. She can go from I Care to I Miss You back to back. She can do the toned down pop voice or the strong belting one.

If that's you're opinion, then you clearly aren't educated in Kelly Clarkson performances. Unlike the rest of the pop girls, she actually has a #1 country music hit, as well as #1 on pop. She's been invited to sing classical music for the pope and Jazz music in honor of Tony Bennett. She won American Idol by singing a veriety of different genres, her most infamous being her covers of Areatha Franklin R&B ballads as well as Celine-dion type powerballads.. She headlined VH1 Divas in celebration of soul music. Became a temporary member of En Vogue to sing R&B music.
