The advert was released on april, I'm sure it doesn't have that much of effect by now, it's like youtube rocketing a song, which usually only help a known song, which ''I Like'' isn't, it never really support it for that long plus, look at the impact!
This is sitting @ 23 now on UK iTunes, it doesn't stop raising and this is right into the second week of the release, no matter how you look at it, this is doing really really great.
Might be her 3rd Top 20 hit in the UK.
I wonder what's the total of IAPW sales in the UK, I think she did something close to 100k.

The charts were so much better last year, there's no variety this year and usually that's what the British charts exemplify best - variety. It makes you wonder who's buying this trash, and all fingers point in one direction... Dizzee better not be number 1 this week
