Is Taylor really a horrible vocalist?
I mean, she's less often out of key than Rihanna or Katy, right?
BTW, do you think her voice became poppier and lost its characteristic from her first appearance?
Personally, I feel like she ain't a better singer than Rihanna or Katy which is hard to imagine but yeah, listening to her singing live is well, difficult. As far as her "poppier" voice is concerned, I think some people may think it's changed just because it does not suit pop music at all. She's a great country vocalist and listening to her epic ballads like Long Live, Last Kiss or Tim McGraw is such a guilty pleasure. On the other hand, her live pop performances (22 or WANEGOD) were all horrible and off-key, and may have hurt her brand and image. I love her so much for an incredible writing talent and rare skills of expressing her feelings using her voice and music which is so amazing. She does not have to scream or try to be the new Mariah. She's just slaying and I want her so much to slay us till death. Thanks.

I agree with all you said, except that Taylor is a great country vocalist. Taylor is a great singer, but she's definitely not a great vocalist imo. I also think she has more potential than Katy though.
