ugh why couldn't Billboard count YouTube streams back then??? Imagine the views if she had included the crucification scene + the monologue at the end of the video.
We would've had at least 2-3 more #1s and the sudden change from "Judas" to "The Edge of Glory" wouldn't have taken away the era's momentum.

Crucification scene? What? Tell me more sis, I've clearly missed this one. I'm ready for Boomkack's directors cut tbh.

No Judas has the most views from that era because there wasn't any 2-3 minutes of extra mess...
To be honest, I'll give it to boomkack that she DID look out for her in some ways. She wanted to keep Gaga grounded but at the same time she wanted to further her own career and be the star of the show. You can't really be the star of anyones show as a choreographer/Creative director. Doesn't matter how good you are. Unfortunately her and Gaga didn't find a way to work with each other anymore on just a strictly business level. I feel like Gaga sometimes forgets that it IS a business, and people are always going to be stealing from you. You can minimize it, but you'll never get rid of it.

Like remember when boomkack came on stage an accepted Gaga's award with her

I've seen this before, but I just realised that Gaga's hype was real back then.(Obviously but..) I mean Judas won against all those #1 hits, despite the fact that it peaked at #10. Award shows usually give the awards to the most successful songs, but that wasn't the case with Gaga. She was still huge and nobody gave a **** about her chart positions. But now we'd be lucky if G.U.Y.(The best video released this year, along with Chandelier) gets nominated at VMAs or any awards shows..
