I updated my iTunes to the latest version. Then, I logged in with my US account, and in the iTunes Store, you see iTunes Radio on the front page, and voila. I'm using it on my MacBook, so I assume it can also work in your laptop version.

i don't understand the battery issues... my iphone 5 doesn;t drain that much...

It's on my laptop now after I downloaded the lastest version of iTunes, but my ipod still doen't have it because I can't download ISO 7 because my ipod is too old, was the minimum ISO version I can have to have it in my ipod?
