So how has everyone been doing? I haven't updated this blog in AGES! Anyways, in the last month, I've been so busy with getting ready to graduate high school, preparing to go off to college & running track that besides my countdown, I haven't posted much at all, or even been able to update my blog. The fact of the matter is, I've been really busy!

I got accepted into Kent State University a few months ago, and now I'm hoping to get this summer scholarship that's worth $4000. Getting the scholarship would have me spending 5 weeks on campus, with tuition, room & board paid, and a full book scholarship. It also gives me a chance to get a few credit hours early, so I'm definitely hoping to be able to partake in a opportunity like this. They have 30 open slots, and about 50 people interviewed, so I don't know about my chances, but I'm nervous as hell. I've gotten internships and scholarships like this before, but this is the first time I've felt REALLY nervous. I want it so bad, I almost might get crushed if I didn't get it.

But yeah, I'm just letting you all know that I'm still alive. How have you all been doing? Also, please wish me luck about that scholarship! I REALLY want the opportunity that Kent State's offering, and it would mean a lot to me!

Thanks Athens! Well, tuition & room & board for me should be around $15,000-16,000....

So far, I have $3000 in scholarships from Kent (forgot the names of them ), and they're offering me just over $3000 in deferrable loans. I have a outside scholarship from the Graphic Art Council, which brings me to $71000. I applied for multiple other scholarships, but I haven't heard back from some of them yet lol, but I'm still hunting for scholarships.
